Will take congrat ads until Monday Noon
Mr. & Mrs. Hoyle have graciously offered to extend the Congrat Ad deadline until Monday at Noon.
Dear 25th Year HST Families,
As explained at our parent meeting in January, HST is trying to greatly reduce the work/cost of our program. Therefore *we have dropped soliciting Business Ads (except for a very few loyal businesses who are interested in continuing regular advertising with us * (so we can save those volunteer hours AND so we can make congrat ads easier to find). Last year we had more than enough congrat ads to cover printing a basic program (we are reducing the number of text pages). We are hoping that we will have the same abundant quantity of Congrat Ads this year, *so we can cover all the costs of printing/mailing the fliers/programs. *
I stand by my statement that *congrat ads are the best “bang for your buck” when it comes to making a life-long memory for your children *(not only does it bring great joy this year, but since most students save their programs forever – they will remember that joy/support whenever they look through the memorabilia of their youth).
Jamin Hoyle has extended the deadline for full page designed ads. *You can still order full-page design ads as well as self-designed and template ads through this Friday. *(forms attached). *The deadline for all congrat ads is this Friday, Feb. 28th. *
Many thanks (in advance) to all who are able to bless their children (and HST) by taking out a congrat ad. Blessings, Marilyn

5th Ticket Sales Report
Dear 25th Year HST Families,
Most of the fliers got mailed yesterday and the families who are invited by multiple people will be mailed on Monday. (Yay God!) That means you can start calling people by the end of the week *to see if they got their flier and would like to take advantage of the discount price. *
As explained at the parent meeting, we have high copyright shows this year and we are hoping people will work at selling tickets (for all shows). So far ticket sales have been slow, but we are hoping that will pick up now that the fliers are out. Blessings, Marilyn PS – Top Sellers are now arranged in order of # of tickets sold (not alphabetical).

PLEASE help with Theater Job Holes
Dear 25th Year HST Families,
As predicted, *we need people to go “Above and Beyond” to fill the theater jobs for our shows. * *PLEASE* *take a minute to see if you could take one of the following jobs*. Many hands make light work. *There is no reason that any family should end up taking 2 or 3 of these open slots*. *If every family would look carefully* – we should be able to get these filled quickly.
Please go directly to the Sign-UP Genius to sign up (don’t reply to this email) . The link below is for JR/SR Saturday (which is the hardest to fill because everyone is tired by our last show day, so I will be* particularly *grateful if you help cover that day), but the other show dates are tabbed together (just look at top of Sign-Up to find tabs).

Stop in to help stuff fliers today
Dear 25th Year HST Parents,
Feel free to stop by the lobby to help stuff fliers! Many hands make light work. Even if you can only stay for a half hour – it will make a difference. Blessings, Marilyn
Plan for Acting Tomorrow
Dear Acting Classes,
It turns out that my schedule overlooked the 28th. So we are not behind on scripts – we’re ahead!
We will use tomorrow to go over memorization and blocking tips with everyone. Then Ms. Mallory will block scene 4 while Mrs. Mays runs Scene 1-3.
There will need to be some adjustments made to scene 3 because Olivia Rupper is returning to public school and will not finish out the year with us.
Blessings, Mrs. Mullan
