NINE…..Food, glorious food!

Dear 25th Year Families,
What is a party without food? HST’s Silent Auction/Variety Show has LOTS of great ways to satisfy your palate.
*PIZZA* – Pappa Johns Pizza for dinner! (at Nov. 16 auction)
– Pre-Order Large Cheese or Pepperoni for $11 – Delivery Times: 4:30, 5pm, 5:30, Intermission – Order form attached – drop in Check-in basket (w/check) – Cheese Pizzas for $11 available for purchase at event (first come/first serve) – We don’t sell by the slice – so team up with another family if you don’t need a full pizza. – Free water or $1 for can of soda (while supply lasts)
*BAKE SALE (*at Nov. 16 auction)
– HST students will be baking cookies, bars, muffins, and cupcakes (some of them gluten free!) that can be purchased for $1 or $2. – Coffee for $1 available at the Bake Sale.
*SPECIAL BAKED GOODS* – for bidding on night of auction (Nov. 16)
– HST parents show their baking expertise with tempting specialty baked goods that will be bid on during the auction. – These items (if won) can be taken home to freeze for a special occasion – or consumed immediately (your choice!).
*THANKSGIVING BAKED GOODS* – part of online auction (Nov. 9 – 11)
– HST students pledge to bake Thanksgiving cookies, pies, breakfast muffins, and breakfast breads that will be delivered to Redland Baptist on Friday, Nov. 15. – These items will be bid on as part of the online auction.
*RESTAURANT GIFT CERTIFICATES – *(at Nov. 16 auction)
– One of the most popular auction items on Nov. 16th is restaurant gift certificates. Since HST’s auction is unique (bidding starts around 1/2 price of value and rarely bids up to full value), these gift certificates make a great excuse for a date night! – List of specific restaurant/food items that will be bid on Nov. 16 will go out later in the count-down.

Details Reminder:
– Sat., Nov. 16 @ Derwood Bible Church, 16011 Chieftain Ave, Derwood, MD 20855. – Doors open at 4:30pm. Performers go backstage at 5pm. Variety Show starts at 6pm. – Bidding closes at the end of intermission. – Won items can be paid for after show – usually 8:30pm
