How to record music – instructional video

Dear 25th Year HST Families,
We have completed the recording of lines for all our shows (Thank you, God!). Now we move onto phase 2 – recording songs. We realize this new process is taking more time than we’d hoped and many families just want to move onto summer. Since we’ve never done there before there was a bit of a learning curve, so *we appreciate your patience with this LAST step (for families) in this very long 25th Season.* Please encourage your students to take the time to watch the instructional video and then put their very best effort into submitting a great recording. We also encourage parents to watch the video (less than 5 minutes) so you can support your student’s efforts. *Students will need:*
– Smart Phone – A second computer device – Headphones or Ear Buds
If you family does not have these items, please see if you can borrow a friend or neighbors. If you are not able to borrow them, contact me (240-997-5796) and we will figure out a solution that works for you.
*I am incredibly grateful for the support and prayers of our families.* I truly believe the extra efforts we are making so our students can have “something” from their year-long efforts, will help them (and us) process the losses and move forward. Blessings, Marilyn
