Flier Address Instructions

I had a request to resend these instructions.
I’ve *attached two documents that will help you understand HST’s only marketing campaign. * We will produce a beautiful flier that has all the info about our six shows. We will stuff, address, and stamp envelopes with the flier and a personalized letter (see Single Letter Sample attachment). *This campaign makes it very easy to sell your prepaid tickets because people will contact you*!
The third attachment has detailed instructions for how to input addresses and/or edit them.
*The GOAL is to input as many addresses as possible. * Don’t worry if someone else could be sending a flier to a particular family. Our software will send a multiple family letter that lists ALL the families (see Multiple Letter Sample attachment) who are inviting that family (which will make it very hard for them not to come!).
Basic *INSTRUCTIONS *(*detailed instructions attached*):
– go to hstfamilies.org/services/mailout.php <hstfamilies.org/services/mailout.php>
– log in with your email address and password.
– The *email address is the one that you registered with TADS* – your password is LastnameZipCode! (example: Stoolmiller20886!)
– Click the List my Recipients to see who is on your list. If you expected to addresses from last year, but there aren’t any OR If there are addresses that you do not recognize, text Marisa Stoolmiller 240-401-0589
-To *change a record*, *make sure to click the triangle button to the right of the address* that was changed. In other words, make a change to one recipient and then click the triangle button on that row before going to the next recipient.
-To* input addresses* – Click the Add Recipient button to add a new name and address.
-To *delete addresses *- click the Delete Button to the far right of the address.
– Note: Please delete families who are current HST families.
If you are technically challenged (like me), print up the detailed instructions that are attached. *Still having trouble – stop into the check-in room tomorrow and our Admin Captain will walk you through the process *(bring your address book & you can get them inputted right then!).
As I explained at the parent meeting this is our ONLY marketing campaign, so we hope everyone will participate. Blessings, Marilyn

8 pm deadline for addresses – List of who has successfully completed

Dear 25th Year HST Families,
I do apologize that this process has been difficult for many of you. Below is a list of families that the software has registered completion. We are sending this not to make anyone feel guilty, we just want to know if the system has not registered changes/additions that were made (so please check for you name if you did this task).
Of course, we would love to have more people get this done if you have time today, but we understand the limitations of busy homeschooling lives. The deadline is 8pm. Blessings, Marilyn

have to extend addresses thru Monday at Noon

There are too many people still having glitches. We are extending the deadline until Monday at Noon.
If you are having trouble – email Mrs. Stell at menamacrina@aol.com If she can’t help, she’ll pass you along to Marisa Stoolmiller who is fighting to make our software play nice with TADS data.
THANK YOU for your patience and efforts. Please pray that if we are not meant to do the flier anymore (this has been a rough year!) that God will make that clear. I’m not sure what kind of marketing campaign we could put in it’s place (that would be as effective), but God can provide. For now – we move forward and pray for correct discernment.
Blessings, Marilyn

Acting Cast List & Script 1

Dear 25th Year Acting Students,
Everyone should print the Cast List and put in your folder. It will help you remember which scenes you are in.
If you are in Scene 1 you must print it (optional for others to print). Please bring a highlighter to class (if you have one) so you can highlight your directions/lines.
Everyone should have their green folder and a pencil EVERY week.
Blessings, Mrs. Mullan PS – I hope to bring copies of Script #2 to class.

Fwd: Prayers & Pictures for SH Director

Dear 25th Year HST Families,
Our Acting B Teacher & Shakespeare director, Ms. Steffi Phelan, has started her bone marrow transplant treatment at John Hopkins University. This will be a 2 months process in which she’ll receive treatments everyday (either 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 hour treatments!). She is fighting a very aggressive form of leukemia so she REALLY needs our prayers. Please, please, PLEASE remember to beseech God to bless Ms. Steffi will a successful transplant and full recovery. The odds are not in her favor but God doesn’t pay attention to statistics.
Because of the risks, Ms. Steffi has to stay within ten minutes of the hospital. She and a care-giver have relocated to an apartment in Baltimore. We will be mailing cards to her everyday, but we’d love to include original artwork in the cards. Of course our older refined artists are always welcome to share their talents, but we’d also love to include simple artwork from less experienced artists (younger siblings are welcome to participate!). The pictures do not have to say “Get Well” (although they can). We’re thinking it would just be fun to have lots of original artwork to decorate the apartment and remind Ms. Steffi that she is loved & that we are praying.
Artwork can be dropped off in a basket near check-in sheets (at dance & on Fridays). Blessings, Marilyn
PS – We’ll keep you posted, but assume no news is good news. 2 months is a long time & HST will be very busy, so we hope you’ll keep praying even if you haven’t gotten an update in a while.
