NYC slot is only “locked” when we have forms/checks

If we get more than one bus-load of people, we will fill the bus with people whose forms/checks we have in-hand according to when we received them.
So – emailing is helpful for letting us know we will fill the bus, but we need your forms/checks to guarantee your spot;. Blessings, Marilyn
